Question about USSD code error

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but I was just wondering if any of you have encountered errors when trying to enter an USSD code to check your credit and all that. In my case I need to dial *123*4# for example to check my leftout MBs.

I've searched the net and it seems no one has ever found a fix till today, even on Google

The error is "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

Mhm, maybe there is a version miscommunication between that service and your phone,   can't you call your provider helpdesk and go trough an menu and choose get costs status by SMS ?
