As of right now, I'd say no. Having a HelpDesk if not run and regulated properly will take away from boards and making them generally useless. Though this would be nice as there are far to many boards on this forum in comparison to content would be a godsend. However IRC would be a better way of helpdesk in my oppinion as you can have real time help. It just doesn't seem to be needed. General questions should be stated and covered within tutorials that are made and that can be requested. Within IRC as well users can be directed to an answer for their problem anyways. This also discourages people from staying on the forum to learn further and mine the information here for their own use.
