A lot of people joining the forum and a lot of them have general questions about Hacking/Security. We need a Helpdesk section to keep the forum a little bit organized

Sounds fine as long as people understand the different between the Help Desk and General.

Don't think it's relevant for now with what we have coming soon :) but we'll take this into consideration for the new era.

As of right now, I'd say no. Having a HelpDesk if not run and regulated properly will take away from boards and making them generally useless. Though this would be nice as there are far to many boards on this forum in comparison to content would be a godsend. However IRC would be a better way of helpdesk in my oppinion as you can have real time help. It just doesn't seem to be needed. General questions should be stated and covered within tutorials that are made and that can be requested. Within IRC as well users can be directed  to an answer for their problem anyways. This also discourages people from staying on the forum to learn further and mine the information here for their own use.
