Why "EVIL" zone?

Evil is the violation of, or intent to violate, some moral code. Evil is usually seen as the dualistic opposite of The Good. Definitions of evil vary, as does the analysis of its root motives and causes; however, evil is commonly associated with conscious and deliberate wrongdoing, discrimination designed to harm others, humiliation of people designed to diminish their psychological well-being and dignity, destructiveness, motives of causing "unnecessary" pain or suffering and acts of unnecessary or indiscriminate violence. ---Wikipedia

I really like this community. After trying many simmilar ones, I can say with confidence that EZ is what I liked most. So please don't take this question personally. I am just curious to understand why is EvilZone called Evil zone? Does it want to do deliberate harm and cause unnecessary and imoral pain to others? Or is there another meaning?

Just wondering :)

This site, page, domain and community is about 8 years old if you count in the .net days. Starting a new community with a new name and all would be a much bigger task than breathing new life into this site. Additionally it is the fact that I have been with EZ for more than 5 years and its hard to just leave it or give it over to someone else.

But, its not the name that counts but the content!

In the past we have been a collection of mean, perverse, funny, and mostly evil people.
In this era of evilzone this is not the `base way to go`, there are evil ones among us, and there is good, and that is what we like.
Be anyone you like on here, just don't be a stupid `howtohackkidzz` the rest is already approved ;)

Evil may return fully,  or it may not,   evilzone is a humanity on its own.

Just read the long post.
Now I can see the picture from a slightly further perspective.

Thanks guys for clarification :)

Personally, I take names and titles quite seriously, thats why I started this topic in the first place.

Edit: oh, and I hope that the real evil does not return. Why? Because evil at it's core is dangerous to everyone around it. The real "evil" induces distrust, and trust is the primary property that I look for in people I associate myself with.

Agree upon you,
Whats there in a name ,
the content is something that matters because if a visitor is coming through a search engine, in most cases (a common user) they don't even look into the URL until they found something(content) really interesting.
so in short, name comes after content , a content is something that counts :)


Even my first visit to evilzone.org was through engine (searching for some stealers) and i didn't even noticed the name of the website until I've found that ITstealer :)
