Depends on the system wether they use unique barcode (one use barcode), if you want to crack that it will be rather hard.

If they do not scan it or use the same barcode for every coupon you could easily fake it using thick paper and a high-res printer.

Gimp, and your husband could save a lot of money. Just saying. But that would cut into more of everything for me learning GIMP enough to do this. Plus the embedded stuff happening real soon. GIMP+GPIO=not too good on time lol.

Maybe, but fable is the one to initiate things with GIMP at least. I got a new dev board and am going to go into it very heavy.

apart from public humiliation? lol... me thinks the faker will just say that he got the coupons from somewhere.. some website that actually does the fraud or he/she could just say that they bought it.. bought the coupons that is... The said person never stole anything and coupons are not illegal or something.
