Aren't they only a little bit away from finally breaking through? I think I read something about that in the last couple of weeks. I think that this is really cool, but I hate the fact that they chose the "grand prize" to go after first, without testing and perfecting the drilling on a smaller, less important one first like the US and British are doing.

The problem they are facing is how they can get there without contaminating the lake. I know this is old news but it's really interesting.
