How would i get past this?

Im having trouble accessing this, as it is password protected.And when i attempt to bruteforce, it gets blocked by the I'm guessing the Firewall/AV.Anyone else came across this problem.

It's not a firewall or AV that is blocking you because it's a server! You are blocked by the scripts that server runs. It looks like a basic HTML login form, so bruteforcing would be easy, can't say that for the guessing part.
