I don't believe in anything, other than common sense & science (which is a fact).

Deist. I'm sure like most of Western culture many of you were born into a Catholic & || Christian family but quickly I saw how flawed it is. Deist is simply belief in a higher being (greater intelligence) and science.

For me, I don't believe in a higher power. I have witnessed no miracles that can't be explained, nothing that can prove to me there really is a god. Anyone can write a book and make believe it. I am a very analytical person and the left side of my brain is more dominant (as with anyone who doesn't believe in god) However, I will not judge anyone based on their religion as they have their own rights and beliefs. For example my fiance is a Pentecostal Christian. I will go to church with her to support her, and the Pentecostal religion also believes in the Holy Spirit which can get weird at church as people start convulsing on the floor speaking in a made up language. I believe that science and technology can explain any phenomenon that happens, and that there is no higher power. Also some churches, especially Catholics like to force people into their beliefs. Also watching movies like "Angels and Demons" and the Illuminati are pretty interesting. But I can't base my views off of a Blockbuster movie lol.

ooo goody, do you think you can share your views a little deeper then that, as I know most Catholics are usually very devout and have strict rules for their religion. I would really like hearing some more about your religion to also pick this debate up.

What are you views on the pope, and do you believe you can speak to god and that he answers prayers and the "Virgin" Mary isn't just a secret slut to get knocked up by someone who just wasn't her husband and to just make up some story to not become an outcast because back in those times they would kill girls like that.

i just believe there has to be something more after death and that its not just the end

im 13 lol what do i know
but......i believe that most of the bible is true

except some is a little exaggerated and some made up perhaps? idk

i just wanna believe tht mary and jesus and god and all tht is all the next happy adventure after death :)

Got fed up by a mother who was an "wiccan" also know as a witch.
I always felt me heart with it, but only because it was so dark and uknown.
And they haven't got books with crap like "don't fuck your neighbor without condom unless she's a prostitute with aids."

Until i got my head into the books about NLP, and psychology.
It changed everything, it told where all the strange feelings people could get from just believing came from.
And lots of more,  mhm let me posts some books soon:P.

I really do wish you'll find out soon enough the bible is a myth so you can concentrate your thoughts and ideas on facts and sciences. Until then, you might be happy but ignorant. Sorry if this sounds rude.

I don't have beliefs around that matter.

I base my knowledge of the world on the current scientific evidences. There's no room for personal beliefs when it comes to sciences and evolution.
