i can't complain with a 126mbit line, i do not suffer from any lag my big friend FF gives me

it's not only my connection..

just a dual core here, finaly last week got some extra mem. (2gig , still not enough grinn)..
and since I normaly have about 20 programs running it's a slow way progress to get something done..
connection is a bad as it is with a avarage rate of 400kbs

I can manage.. but scanning can take forever sometimes :-)
for downloading large files I use one of the wifi's from my neighbours

It's not your computer, Firefox tends to "crash" when you have many addons.
I can tell you that I have a quad core and my FF still takes a long time to open (sure it could be the HDD, but in this case it isnt).
Until FF changes its core in order to be able to initialize better I shouldn't use it for regular browsing, chrome wins there.

As for hack bar, glad to see an addon that still works for updated versions, unlike many of others.
