General Galactica / Re: how to build a robot?
« on: February 23, 2012, 10:22:08 pm »
Buy an arduino. That is a great place to start, easy to assemble stuff to it, coding for it is easy enough.
It's a great start if you wanna build robots. You wont have to order custom made stuff and there are already schematics and code for basic robots.

You will learn how to handle the code, control different elements, basic AI and what different parts actually do.

General discussion / Re: Would you be interested in a meetup?

Kinda dumb idea. No one would fly over to Amsterdam just for a meet-up, unless one has lots of money and time.

You have to remember that everyone isnt as poor as you are.
It's not that expensive  ;D  and lets face it.. Amsterdam must be one of the best party places i Europe.

Hacking and Security / Re: Hacking the HTML website
« on: February 23, 2012, 02:44:44 pm »
You should always gather as much information on the target as possible.
For example, if it's hosted on shared hosting (which i suspect in this case) then there's a big chance that another webpage hosted on that server is vulnerable. Hack that site, root the box, edit the html page, voilą! you just pwnt the html page and a handful of other ones..

tl;dr: Find out everything you can before trying to hack it.

« on: February 23, 2012, 02:38:41 pm »
So, Maybe its time we try to get a meetup going?
I was thinking a weekend(fri,sat,sun) in Amsterdam this spring/summer.

Just something casual, meetup, talk, sightseeing?, and some partying at night for the ones who want to  ;)
As you can see, nothing is decided.. hell its not even a complete idea. So please do come with suggestions if you have any.

Anonymity / Which VPN providers log what?
« on: October 07, 2011, 05:28:00 pm »

There are dozens of VPN providers, many of which carry marketing on their web pages which suggests that the anonymity of their subscribers is a top priority. But is it really? Do their privacy policies stand up to scrutiny? We decided to find out.Over the past two weeks TorrentFreak contacted some of the leading, most-advertised, and most talked about VPN providers in the file-sharing and anonymity space. Rather than trying to decipher what their often-confusing marketing lingo really means, we asked them two direct questions instead
1. Do you keep ANY logs which would allow you or a 3rd party to match an IP address and a time stamp to a user of your service? If so, exactly what information do you hold?
2. Under what jurisdictions does your company operate and under what exact circumstances will you share the information you hold with a 3rd party? This article does not attempt to consider the actual quality of service offered by any listed provider, nor does it consider whether any service is good value for money. All we are interested in is this: Do they live up to claims that they provide a 100% anonymous service? So here we go, VPN providers in the file-sharing space first.

The article can be found here: http://torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-providers-really-take-anonymity-seriously-111007/

you think you are good ha?..
why don't you try to help out user rather then being so modest.
do you always try to prove your self to people that you know everything?
let me tell you one thing that you are not even close to good. got it.
Lol you are in no position talking about how we suck xD you did some fucking retarded stuff and they made fun of you, sure they shouldnt do that, especially considering the VIP and ADMIN status.. bad admin!

But again, doubt you will ever do the same mistake again. Just take it and move on, talking shit about them wont get you any help in the future you know.

gosh guys, dont be so hard on him.
Tip no1: pour water on it.
Tip no2: send him a fucking virus
Tip no3: this is the best one, just let it go, call his mom if its about money, solve it in a mature way instead of petty sabotage

Hacking and Security / Re: XSS Vulnerability Question
« on: September 11, 2011, 09:54:22 pm »
I guess nothing. Unless it's an persistent one.
And this isnt true.
You could make a cookie grabber and send the xxs vulnerable link to victims for example.

Meh, its just a bunch of teens. Arabs are that way, they dont really understand why they are doing it but they believe its in the name of allah and jews are the devils on earth

That part comes from long ago when Mohammad were on a killing spree around the world. The jews refused to convert and go under his command so they fought to the death and Mohammad said they were the devils on earth

« on: August 24, 2011, 12:45:34 pm »
I would suggest that you get as many friends as possible and maybe you will find a geek in there too.. if you dont, well at least then you will also have a normal life
